1. Who operates the project
LEELA 68 is a non-commercial project operated by ritamz and xxWINDxx. The project authors are responsible for the personal data processing described in this Policy. Privacy questions and account-related requests may be sent to info@68leela.com.
2. What data is collected
The service may collect your name, email address, account and verification details, records of legal-document acceptance, account-deletion requests, game intentions and answers, board activity, and generated dialogues. Limited security and error information may also be collected to protect and support the service. The project does not store your password directly.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Personal data is processed to create and protect accounts, provide and restore game sessions, generate the reflective content you request, record acceptance of legal documents, prevent misuse, support the service, and handle account or privacy requests. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request to use the service, your consent, the project's legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable service, or the need to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and AI processing
The project engages third-party providers for account management, service hosting and protection, data storage, communications, and the operation of the dialogue supported by artificial intelligence. Only the information reasonably necessary for each function is shared with them. Game context and your answers may be processed to generate the dialogue. Providers are required to handle information in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and privacy and security requirements.
5. Security
Reasonable organizational and technical measures are applied to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is limited to what is necessary to operate and protect the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and game data is retained while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service. A deletion request can be submitted in the account interface. Final deletion of the account, profile, legal-acceptance records, and related game data is scheduled three months after the request unless you cancel it. A limited set of records may be kept longer when necessary to protect legal rights, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of the data. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests may be sent to info@68leela.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
8. International data transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside your country of residence. Where required by law, the project applies appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for such transfers.
