1. The service
LEELA 68 is a non-commercial self-inquiry project operated by ritamz and xxWINDxx. The service offers structured interaction with a game board and a reflective dialogue supported by artificial intelligence. It is intended for personal reflection and is not psychotherapy, medical or legal advice, crisis support, fortune-telling, or a substitute for help from a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have the legal capacity required in your country to accept these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the safekeeping of your password, and all activity performed through your account. Notify the project owner immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, respectfully, and for personal purposes only. Do not interfere with other users, the game board, authentication and security mechanisms, the infrastructure, or the availability of the service.
4. Prohibited activities
It is prohibited to probe or bypass security safeguards; access another person's account or data; automate abusive traffic; upload malicious software; scrape data, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where expressly permitted by applicable law; use the service for unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or exploitative activity; or attempt to extract system instructions, credentials, or confidential information.
5. User content
You retain your rights to your intentions, answers, and other submitted content, and you remain responsible for it. You grant the project a limited, non-exclusive permission to process this content solely to provide, protect, support, and improve the service. Do not submit content you have no right to use, or information you do not want to be processed as part of the service.
6. Intellectual property
Except for clearly identified third-party components, the original design, the game board implementation, the software, the texts, and the branding of the service belong to the project authors. The images, illustrations, and other visual materials used in the service are original works of the project authors and belong to them. These Terms grant only a limited and revocable right to use the service for personal purposes. They do not transfer ownership and do not permit copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting the project materials without prior written consent.
7. Third-party services
The project relies on trusted third-party providers for account management, service hosting, security, and the operation of the dialogue supported by artificial intelligence. These providers may process the limited information necessary to deliver their services and operate under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Their availability may affect the operation of the service.
8. Availability and changes
The project may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep the service running, its uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, and permanent storage of user content are not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with legal requirements, investigate misuse, address security risks, or enforce these Terms. You can request account deletion in the account interface. Final deletion is scheduled three months after the request unless you cancel it before that date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data or opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded remain unaffected.
12. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses and claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union law. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or other protections applicable in your country of residence.
