1. The service
68Leela is an early-stage, non-commercial self-inquiry game operated by ritamz and xxWINDxx. It provides a structured board experience and AI-assisted reflective dialogue. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, fortune-telling, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and all activity under your account. Notify the project owner promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal purposes. Do not interfere with other users, the board, authentication, security, infrastructure, or service availability.
4. Prohibited activities
You may not probe or bypass security controls; access another person’s account or data; automate abusive traffic; upload malware; scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; use the service for unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or exploitative activity; or attempt to extract system prompts, credentials, or confidential information.
5. User-generated content
You retain responsibility for intentions, answers, and other content you submit. You grant the service a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the experience. Do not submit content you lack the right to use or sensitive information you do not want processed by the service.
6. Intellectual property
The service design, board implementation, software, text, branding, and other project materials are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including Amazon Cognito, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Bedrock, hosting providers, and network services. Their availability and separate terms may affect the service.
8. Availability and changes
The project may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Because it is early-stage, interruptions, errors, data loss, and material changes are possible. Reasonable care will be taken, but continuous availability is not promised.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, address security risks, or enforce these Terms. You may request account deletion from the authentication screen; permanent deletion is scheduled three months after the request unless canceled.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses and claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by EU law (Czech Republic), subject to mandatory consumer protections and other laws that apply to you. This clause is a placeholder requiring legal review.
